Michael Coppola has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Michael is currently the Director of Engineering at the New York Athletic Club since 2017. Previously, they worked as the Owner/Lead Consultant at MAC Consulting Services, providing facility and property inspection and consulting services. Michael also served as the Dual Director of Engineering at Marriott International, overseeing engineering and security staff at two hotels in the Herald Square area.

Prior to that, Michael Coppola was the Director of Engineering at St. Regis Hotel NY, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where they directed maintenance, repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects. More recently, in 2013, Coppola obtained a Con Std/Sprk Gravity Tank certification from the New York City Fire Department. In 2014, they obtained two certifications: Fire Safety Director from the New York City Fire Department and COF Refrigeration Operator, also from the New York City Fire Department. Lastly, in 2015, Coppola obtained a ServSafe certification from ANSI. It is worth noting that Coppola also earned a Real Property Administrator certification from the BOMI Institute, although the specific details regarding when and where they obtained this certification are not provided.
