Michelle Santangelo has extensive experience in the hospitality and recreation industries, currently serving as the Travers Island Accounting & Membership Office Manager at the New York Athletic Club since August 2013. Prior roles include Spa Supervisor at JW Marriott and Sr. Spa Coordinator at Jumeirah Essex House, where Michelle also held the position of Business Center Concierge. Early career experience includes various roles at Russo's On The Bay. Education includes a Master's Degree in General and Special Education from Touro University, a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Nassau Community College.
