Kimberly Rodriguez

Kimberly Rodriguez has extensive experience in operations and management roles in the healthcare industry. Kimberly is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at New York Bariatric Group, where they oversee the development of an operational model for growth and fosters a patient-centric culture. Prior to this, they worked at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as the Director of New Centers, where they played a key role in opening 37 offices and was responsible for budgetary and financial responsibilities. Kimberly also worked at InterDent Service Corporation as a Regional Director, where they successfully implemented customer service improvement solutions.

Kimberly Rodriguez obtained their Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management, General from San Jose State University in 2005. Kimberly then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Monroe College, where they completed their studies in 2015. Currently, Kimberly is enrolled at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education and is expected to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2024.
