Alina Laboy

Alina Laboy, Ms.Ed, currently serves as the Enterprise Associate Director of Learning at New York Blood Center since 2023. With extensive experience in education, Laboy has also held positions as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Raritan Valley Community College and an Adjunct Faculty Lecturer at Kean University since 2016 and 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Program Manager in Instructional Design at Rutgers Business School and Ocean County College, as well as an Academic Program Manager at Zoni Language Centers. Additionally, Laboy was a Professor of English at Kingsborough Community College for a decade. Alina Laboy holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on TESOL and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, both from St. John's University.
