Shakima Wells

Shakima Wells is a Senior Associate General Counsel at New York Blood Center. Shakima has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities law, and general corporate representation. Previously, Shakima has worked at Finn Dixon & Herling LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP. Shakima also has a background in business analysis and strategy from their time at the City of New York. Shakima is a graduate of Columbia Law School and has been admitted to the New York and Connecticut State Bars.
