Bruce Coveny has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Bruce began their career in 1998 at Showbiz Video, where they worked as a Cashier and later became a Manager. In these positions, they handled customer complaints, managed stock, and processed transactions. Bruce then transitioned to NYCM Insurance in 2000, starting as a Software Developer and eventually progressing to roles such as Application Development Supervisor and Quality Assurance Supervisor. In these positions, they oversaw projects, developed staff, and kept up with new programming techniques and technologies. Currently, Bruce owns their own company called BeeGeeky. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in software development, team management, and digital transformation.

Bruce Coveny has a diverse education history. Bruce attended Richfield Springs Central High School from 1985 to 1998, where they earned a High School Diploma with Regents through the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Following their high school education, Bruce pursued an Associates in Applied Science degree in Computer Programming from Herkimer County Community College from 1998 to 2000.

After completing their associate's degree, Bruce continued their education at the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology with a Concentration in Software Engineering.

Furthermore, Bruce obtained a certification in M102 MongoDB for DBAs from 10gen Education in March 2013.
