Ken Baldes

Vice President For Operations/treasurer at The Christian and Missionary Alliance

Ken Baldes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ken began their career as a Staff and Senior Auditor at HSBC Bank USA, N.A. in 1986. Throughout their time at HSBC, Ken held various positions including Operations Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President, where they managed different departments and implemented strategies for growth and efficiency.

In 2001, Ken joined the Christian and Missionary Alliance as the Vice President for Operations/Treasurer, overseeing multiple areas including Finance, Operations, and Strategic Planning. Ken also served as a member of the President's Cabinet during their tenure.

In 2013, Ken took on roles at the Alliance World Fellowship (AWF), serving as the Treasurer and North America Regional Coordinator and Secretary. As the Chief Financial Officer for AWF, they were responsible for the financial management of the global network of 50 C&MA national churches.

Ken's work experience reflects a strong background in finance, operations, strategic planning, and executive leadership. Ken has a track record of successfully managing teams and driving business optimization initiatives.

Ken Baldes received their BA in Business Administration from Houghton University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued their MBA in Finance at Canisius University from 1986 to 1992.
