Bayti Chen, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in pro bono work, currently serving as a Pro Bono Attorney at Access Justice Brooklyn since April 2019 and also with the New York City Bar Association since October 2014. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Slater Slater Schulman LLP and the Law Office of Robert N. Lerner, as well as roles at Dylan Chan Law Office and Richard A. Chan Law Office. Bayti Chen began a legal career as a Legislative Assistant in the office of Assemblyman Vito Lopez and has interned at the Family Violence Litigation Clinic at Albany Law School. Earlier, a paralegal role was held at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Bayti Chen holds a Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from John Jay College (CUNY).
