Carlos F. Obando

Carlos F. Obando is an experienced professional in operations and finance management, currently serving as the Assistant Executive Director for Operations & Finance at the New York City Campaign Finance Board since June 2023. Previously, Carlos held significant roles at the City of New York Department of Homeless Services, including Executive Director of Financial Services and Director of Special Projects, where responsibilities encompassed managing financial operations and compliance across multiple units. Additional experience includes serving as Supervising Budget Analyst at the Administration for Children's Services and various budget and project management roles at the NYC Human Resources Administration and NYC School Construction Authority. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hunter College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
