Elizabeth Upp

Elizabeth Upp is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Candidate Policy & Communications at the New York City Campaign Finance Board since October 2019. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held significant positions including Director of Communications at the NYC Campaign Finance Board from February 1997 to October 2019 and Managing Editor at SIGS Publications from 1990 to 1997, focusing on technical computer language magazines. Elizabeth was also a member of COGEL from 2000 to 2021. Elizabeth earned a BA in English Literature from Fordham University between 1985 and 1987.
