Omar Suarez

Omar Suarez currently serves as the Director of Partnerships and Outreach in Public Affairs at the New York City Campaign Finance Board, a position held since December 2020. Previously, Omar was a Fellow at National Urban Fellows from May 2019 to August 2020, and also worked as a Policy Fellow focused on Inclusive Economies at Surdna Foundation from September 2019 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, Omar held roles as New York Director and New York Organizer at DUSA from April 2014 to May 2019. Omar earned a Master of Policy Management (MPM) from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Baruch College.
