Yasmin Castillo

Yasmin Castillo, CFE, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Audit and Strategic Planning at the New York City Campaign Finance Board, a position held since August 2017. Castillo has advanced through various roles within the organization, starting as an Auditor and later becoming a Senior Auditor and Supervisory Senior. Prior experience includes serving as an Internal Auditor Assistant at the Office of the New York City Comptroller and working in legislative roles at the New York City Council. Castillo began a career in the legal field as a Paralegal at Brody Benard & Branch LLP. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Investigation and Operational Inspection from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Ithaca College.
