Nikita S.

Nikita S. has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as NVT for Education-School Programs at The Metropolitan Museum of Art since January 2023, and as a Development Apprentice at New York City Center since August 2022, Nikita focuses on member stewardship and development strategies. As an Emergency Project Manager for the International Rescue Committee and a Greyshirt with Team Rubicon, Nikita has managed significant disaster response efforts, earning recognition for leadership and service excellence. Nikita has been the Board President of San Francisco Youth Theatre since 2017, supporting youth empowerment through the arts. Previous experience includes strategic consulting for Pop House Sweden, finance management at McKinsey & Company, and academic roles at NYU Stern and the Clinton Foundation. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
