Carliana Franqui

Carliana Franqui is a Clinical Case Manager at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency since July 2021 and is currently serving as the Interim Director of Social Services. Prior experience includes roles as a Team Leader and Intake Specialist at Project Renewal, where oversight of case management and support for MICA clients was provided. Additional experience includes an internship at the Nassau County Courthouse, where court calendar maintenance and program intake interviews were conducted, and an office assistant position at Long Island University. Carliana holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Long Island University, specializing in research methods, criminalistics, and forensic psychology.
