Alexa Stevinson Koomler

Alexa Stevinson Koomler, MSW, LCSW, CCM is a dedicated clinical case manager with extensive experience in mental health support. Currently serving at Catalight since March 2024, Koomler previously worked as a mental health case manager at UC Santa Barbara from September 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included assessing self-harm and suicide risks, developing training, and providing case management support to students. Prior experience includes positions as a psychotherapist at the County of Santa Barbara, a mental health consultant at CALM, and social work internships at the Family Service Agency of Santa Barbara and Nampa School District. Additionally, Koomler has experience in youth crisis intervention as a staff member at the YMCA and has worked in recruitment and sales at PayJunction. Koomler holds a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Westmont College.
