Gary Cogan is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in project management and information technology. Currently serving as Sr PM at NYCERS since September 2023, Gary previously held the position of IT Project Manager at Consolidated Edison from March 2021 to August 2023. At Maximum Technologies from 2013 to 2015, Gary effectively managed client relationships and developed quality standards that improved client experience in a SaaS cloud-based system. Prior to this, from 1989 to 2010, Gary worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where responsibilities included managing data infrastructure and applications for critical functions, as well as facilitating data exchange between key financial organizations. Gary holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
