Brooke Connolly

Brooke Connolly is an experienced professional in the fields of advancement and communications, currently serving as the Vice President of Advancement & Communications at NYC Outward Bound Schools since October 2025. Prior to this role, Brooke held the position of Senior Director of Philanthropy at Year Up from June 2019 to October 2025. Brooke's extensive background in development includes significant positions such as Senior Director of Development and Director of Individual Giving and Special Events at KIPP NYC, as well as Manager of Individual and Major Gifts at Free Arts NYC. Earlier experience includes roles as Development Associate at Achievement First and Research Associate positions at WestEd and the University of Michigan. Brooke holds a Master of Arts in Educational Research from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College.
