Jonny Altrogge

Jonny Altrogge is an experienced educator and facilitator currently serving as a School Coach at NYC Outward Bound Schools since September 2021 and as a DEI Facilitator and Consultant for True North EDI since September 2020. Previously, Jonny held the position of Course Director at NYC Outward Bound Schools from August 2014 to September 2020, overseeing multi-day team-building programs for NYC public schools. Jonny also worked as Lead Instructor at INVICTUS ENTERPRISES FOUNDATION INC and Voyageur Outward Bound School, focusing on job training and family relationship rebuilding, respectively. In addition to mentoring roles at Global Leadership Adventures, Jonny's educational background includes a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
