Connie Pankratz has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Connie is currently the Director of Strategic Planning for Sustainability at the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA), a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at SCA from 2017 to 2021. Before joining SCA, Connie served as the Communications Manager at the NYC Department of Education in 2012 and as the Deputy Communications Director at the New York City Law Department from 2006 to 2012. Connie also worked in the Mayor's Office to Combat Domestic Violence, initially as a Project Director from 2003 to 2005 and later as the Director of Communications in 2005 and 2006. Connie has also held positions as an Adjunct Faculty at Columbia University in 2005 and as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University from 1999 to 2001.
Connie Pankratz attended Northwestern University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following this, they enrolled in Columbia University from 2001 to 2003, earning a Master's degree in Social Work and Public Policy.
