David Lin Pe

David Lin, PE, CEM, LEED Green Associate, serves as a Design Project Manager at the NYC School Construction Authority since January 2018, where significant contributions include founding the construction application management program (CAMP), implementing HVAC standards in compliance with recent building codes, and overseeing capital improvement programs for over 30 projects. Previous roles include Project Design Engineer and Lead Mechanical Engineer across various organizations, focusing on sustainable design, data analysis, and project management. David Lin holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering, and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Sociology from The New School. Additionally, David Lin has been recognized as one of the Young Urban Leaders in 2011 for contributions to environmental sustainability.
