Currently serving as Deputy Director at the NYC School Construction Authority since March 2017, Jeffrey oversees capital project teams, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality controls for architectural and engineering deliverables. Previous roles include Senior Project Architect at Ennead Architects LLP, where responsibilities included leading client communications and project management, as well as Technical Director at RMJM Architects, directing technical design standards across the office. Jeffrey also held key positions at Gensler Architecture, Design & Planning, and NBBJ Architecture, honing extensive expertise in large-scale projects and team leadership.
