Jimmy Barnes, III is an accomplished professional in the construction and architectural fields with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Officer at the NYC School Construction Authority since May 2018, Jimmy oversees various construction projects to ensure high standards and compliance. Previous roles include being the Principal and Director of Construction at COR Design Build and managing significant renovation projects such as a 2500 square foot retail space for New York City District 28 Council Member Adrienne Adams. Jimmy founded CerealMilk Brand Consultants and served as Managing Director while also holding project management positions at ZDG, LLC and Procida Construction Corp., focusing on project budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance. With a solid foundation in architecture from Howard University and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from New York University, Jimmy's career includes notable contributions to major projects like the Library of Congress and international developments in Moscow.
