John Drennan Jr is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Officer at the NYC School Construction Authority since June 1998, where oversight of construction for new school buildings and capital improvement projects is undertaken, including the completion of the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts in Astoria, Queens. Previously, John was a Project Manager at Silver Rail Construction from 1984 to 1991, managing high-end projects in luxury condominiums and retail. John also possesses educational credentials including an Associate degree in Construction from the Institute of Design & Construction and an Associate degree from Brooklyn College, complemented by foundational education at the NY School of Printing. Additionally, John operates as an owner/distributor for Market America.
