Julio R Monroy

Julio R Monroy is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience at the NYC School Construction Authority since January 1991. Julio oversees all SCA Capital and capacity construction projects in Brooklyn, specifically within Districts 19, 23, and 32. Prior to this role, Julio worked as a Project Engineer at Syska and Hennessy from June 1986 to December 1990. Julio holds a degree in Engineering from Pratt Institute.
