Keishanna Dennis

Keishanna Dennis is a seasoned professional in operations management and workforce development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at the NYC School Construction Authority since October 2023. In this role, Keishanna manages various procurement units, focusing on contract compliance, negotiations, and financial readiness while providing strategic guidance for workflow and policy development. Previously, Keishanna held the position of Chief Business and Workforce Development Officer at the NYC Department of Design and Construction and directed the Community Contracts at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. With extensive experience in oversight and management, Keishanna has also contributed to organizations such as the National Urban League and Wheeler Clinic. Keishanna holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Western Connecticut State University.
