Kevin C. Hinds, RA, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate sectors with extensive experience since 2005. Currently serving as a Project Officer for the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) since January 2019, Kevin previously held a similar position at Hill International, Inc. from February 2016 to January 2019, focusing on constructability reviews. As a Partner at HF Rentals & Properties since September 2007, Kevin oversees property management, while also contributing as a Real Estate Agent at Dalling & Dalling Realty since June 2006, specializing in residential real estate sales. Earlier in the career, Kevin was an Associate Project Manager at Goshow Architects from August 2005 to January 2016, involved in schematic design and construction document preparation. Kevin holds education credentials from The City College of New York, CUNY Bronx Community College, and Cornwall College.
