Reginald Outerbridge has extensive experience in project management and facilities oversight, currently serving as a Project Officer at the NYC School Construction Authority. Prior to this role, Reginald held the position of Chief Administrative Superintendent of Facilities Management at the College of Staten Island from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Reginald worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease from 1989 to 2001. Reginald is an alumnus of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
