Tara Presume is an experienced project management professional with a diverse background in construction and development. Since March 2020, Tara has served as a Project Officer at the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA). Prior to this role, Tara held the position of Senior Project Manager at Dunn Development Corp from January 2006 to the present, and worked as a Project Manager at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation from 2001 to 2005. Tara began a career in finance as Vice President at HSBC Bank USA from 1999 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
