Vicki Lam, PE, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as Engineer A at the NYC School Construction Authority since April 2022. Previously, Vicki held multiple positions at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., including Associate III and Associate II from June 2015 to April 2022, and an Engineering Technician intern in 2014. Vicki's early experience includes internships at Otak and research at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, focusing on engineering design, traffic control plans, and building code analysis for snow loads. Vicki's educational background includes a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering - Structural Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as a high school diploma in Building Construction from Benson Polytechnic Institute. Notable accomplishments include presenting research on remote satellite imagery and earning a Second Award at the 2010 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
