Carmen D. Santiago

Carmen D. Santiago has extensive experience in the legal and security fields. Since July 1988, Carmen has served as a Senior Legal Assistant at the New York Civil Liberties Union, a non-profit public interest law firm. Prior to this role, Carmen spent 26 years in the US Navy, where responsibilities included serving as a Security Manager, Yeoman, and Legal Yeoman across various locations, including Japan and Hawaii. Carmen's diverse background combines legal expertise with solid security management experience.
