Maya Shah

Maya Shah is a Senior Marketing Manager at New York City Tourism + Conventions, where Maya serves as an Advisory Board Member for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion since 2023. Maya has been a consultant for the Harold & Mimi Steinberg Theatre Leadership Program at A.R.T./New York since March 2019. Previous roles include Community Manager for AQUA STUDIO® and Assistant Director of Marketing at Signature Theatre Company, where Maya also held the position of Marketing Manager. Maya accumulated extensive experience as a Marketing Manager and Interim Director of Marketing and Communications at Theatre for a New Audience. Early career achievements include roles at Playwrights Horizons, All For One Theater Festival, and the Office of Multicultural Programs and Services, highlighting a commitment to public relations and program development. Maya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from SUNY Geneseo and has a background in diverse leadership and mentorship roles.
