Rondel Holder

Rondel Holder is an accomplished marketing and content executive with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Content + Diversity at New York City Tourism + Conventions since November 2020, Rondel previously held positions such as Vice President and Creative Director, as well as Senior Director of Multicultural Content. In addition to this role, Rondel is the CEO and Founder of Soul Society 101, established in June 2012. Prior experience includes Head of Production and Execution for Essence Communications Inc., where responsibilities involved overseeing branded content and collaborating on major events, alongside various marketing roles at Complex Media, Vibe Magazine, Pandora, eHarmony.com, and AllHipHop.com. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Fox School of Business at Temple University, and a Master's in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
