Meghan O'Keefe

Meghan O'Keefe is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience at The New York Foundling since October 2014, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations and Employee Benefits. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations, Interim Vice President, Director of Employee Relations, and Senior Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities involved mentoring team members and coordinating training. Meghan also held the position of Temporary Human Resources Manager, supervising HR Generalists, and started the career as a Human Resources Assistant and Intern at Aflac and the New York City Law Department.
