Ryan Gleason

Ryan Gleason currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Community Development and Real Estate at Greater Bergen Community Action, Inc. and as a Locker Room Attendant for the New York Jets. With extensive experience in community engagement, Ryan previously owned RG District Services, LLC, focusing on neighborhood development and grant management. Notably, Ryan served as the Executive Director of the Downtown Denville Business Improvement District and directed Government Affairs for the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Caldwell University with a BA in English and History, Ryan has also held various roles in academic leadership, including Student Government President and Peer Tutor.
