Jack Spencer is a seasoned Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience at STAR Program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Gracie Square Hospital since 2016. Prior to these roles, Jack served as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Registered Nurse at VCU Health from 2010 to 2016 and worked as a Medical Information Specialist at Indivior from 2013 to 2014.
