Sahery Arain

Program Explainer at New York Hall of Science

Sahery Arain engages visitors at the New York Hall of Science, facilitates design-based activities, and performs science-based demonstrations. As a Designer in Residence, Sahery contributed to developing exhibits focusing on soil health and carbon sequestration. During their time as a Summer Research Intern at the University of Virginia, Sahery worked on projects related to epigenetic silencing in diseases. Sahery also participated in the Weill Cornell Science Immersion Program, researching histone methyltransferases. Additionally, Sahery has experience as a Laboratory Assistant and Sales Associate.
