Eric Pauls is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-volume banquet and restaurant operations. Currently serving as a Tournant at New York Hilton Midtown since May 2018, Eric previously held the position of Banquet Chef at 1 Hotels, managing large-scale events for up to 1,500 guests. Eric's background includes roles at prestigious establishments such as Waldorf Astoria New York, where responsibilities encompassed kitchen operations and large event catering, and The Plaza, where expertise in sushi preparation was honed. Eric began a culinary career at Sihai Hunan as a Chinese Chef before transitioning to various positions in the hospitality sector. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Chungyu Institute of Technology, completed between 2003 and 2008.
