Mima Arcos has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Rooms Division Payroll Administrator at New York Hilton Midtown since March 2022. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Hyatt Herald Square New York from November 2019 to December 2021 and Front Office Manager at Hyatt Place from September 2016 to November 2019. Mima's career began as a Guest Service Agent and Loyalty Champion at Holiday Inn Express Wall Street, followed by positions as Front Office Manager and Guest Service Agent at Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
