Susan N. has a comprehensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Susan started their career at FRANK PR NYC as a Marketing Intern, where they assisted the staff with daily responsibilities and compiled various marketing materials. Susan then worked as a Marketing Intern at Catch Adventures, where they gained experience in marketing and communications. Susan also worked as an Office Assistant at NYU Stern School of Business, handling administrative tasks. Susan further expanded their skill set by working as a Residential Advisor at New York University, where they provided support to students in a residential setting. Susan joined The Pierre New York, A Taj Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor and later took on the role of a Front Desk Agent. Susan then moved on to Conrad New York Downtown as a Task Force member for a brief period. Susan worked as a Task Force member at Millennium Hilton NYC One UN Plaza as well. Currently, they are employed at the New York Hilton Midtown as the Assistant Director Of Operations- Rooms, after previously serving as the Senior Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager. Susan has demonstrated a strong commitment to the hospitality industry and has acquired expertise in various roles.

Susan N. completed their high school education at Diamond Bar High School from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued their bachelor's degree at NYU Stern School of Business from 2009 to 2013, majoring in Accounting, Marketing, and Business Entertainment Media and Technology. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Adult CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in June 2018.
