Artist In Residence at NEW YORK HISTORICAL SOCIETY

Beatrice G. is an accomplished artist and researcher with extensive experience in various roles across multiple institutions. Currently self-employed since 2004, Beatrice also serves as an Artist in Residence at the New-York Historical Society and as an Arts Liaison for The Public History Project. Additional roles include faculty member at the School of Visual Arts and a council member at the Hemispheric Institute of Performance and Politics, co-convening significant projects like "Performing Asian/Americas Converging Movements." Beatrice held prestigious positions, such as the 2021 Artist-in-Residence at Yale-NUS College and the 2018 Smithsonian Artist Research Fellow. A graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University, Beatrice was also a US Fulbright Scholar in 2008-2009.
