Elysia Segal

Elysia Segal is an experienced producer and educator in the museum and educational sectors, currently serving as the Producer of Public Programs at the Intrepid Museum since July 2018. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating interactive experiences and virtual programming to engage audiences in history, science, and the arts. Elysia's extensive background includes roles as a Lead Teaching Artist at the Intrepid Museum, where educational demonstrations and programming were created for various audiences, and as a Senior Historical Interpreter at The New York Historical Society, focusing on interactive virtual programming. Elysia also hosts a popular weekly space news show on YouTube for NASASpaceflight LLC, while previous experience encompasses project management, debate coaching, and performing arts in various educational settings. Elysia holds a Master's degree in Museum Studies from CUNY and a Bachelor's degree in Drama from New York University.
