Florencia Vetcher

Florencia Vetcher serves as the Assistant Professor and Director of the Interior Design Department at the New York Institute of Technology since September 2023. With extensive experience in academia, Florencia has held various teaching positions at notable institutions, including Rensselaer School of Architecture, Parsons School for Design, School of Visual Arts, and Pratt Institute. In addition to academic roles, Florencia is the Principal at vetcherbreidfjord.LLC, a position held since May 2011, with previous experience as an Architectural Designer at Method Design Architecture + Urbanism, PLLC. Florencia holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Princeton University, completed in 2009, and has additional educational experience from Escola tecnica superior d'arquitectura de Barcelona.
