Prabhakar Gantasala

Prabhakar Gantasala currently serves as the Associate Dean at Southern Connecticut State University School of Business since June 2023 and has held a similar position at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) since August 2008. At NYIT, Gantasala oversees accreditation for AACSB at the Abu Dhabi Campus, coordinating various educational initiatives. Gantasala has also served as an Associate Professor, participating in department assessment and teaching at both MBA and BSBA levels. Previous roles include leadership positions overseeing the MBA program and experiential education at NYIT. Gantasala's earlier experience includes serving as Program Chair at Aurora Post Graduate College, managing the MBA department's operations. Gantasala holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Sri Krishnadevaraya University.
