Jeffrey Burns

Jeffrey Burns is an experienced professional currently serving as Datacenter Manager at NYI since April 2023, overseeing a dedicated team in delivering exceptional services at the 60 Hudson Street facility. Previously, Jeffrey held the position of US Network and Field Engineer at Epsilon Telecommunications from October 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, troubleshooting circuit faults, and maintaining critical infrastructure. Jeffrey also worked as Assistant Data Center Manager at Aptum, focusing on operations in a Tier 1 colocation facility, and as a Film Editor for Straw2gold Pictures.
