Brian Johnson is an experienced strength and conditioning professional with a strong background in enhancing the performance of both collegiate and professional football athletes. Currently serving as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Jets since March 2025, Johnson has held various key positions including Head Football Sports Performance Coach at the University of California, Berkeley, and Director of Strength & Conditioning for Football at the University of Arizona. Johnson's expertise encompasses speed, agility, and strength development, managing rehabilitation programs for injured athletes, and conducting player evaluations at the NFL Combine. With a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University, Johnson combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience, having also played professionally in the NFL.
