Nina Jody is a retired attorney who now works as an adjunct at their alma mater, New York Law School. Nina began their career in 1983 as an assistant corporation counsel for the New York City Law Department. In this role, they worked in the tort division and was eventually promoted to deputy division chief. In the tort division, they were responsible for handling cases involving personal injury and property damage. In the family court division, they were responsible for handling cases involving divorce, child custody, and adoption.
In 2013, Jody began working as an adjunct at New York Law School. In this role, they teach students how to defend clients in municipal court. Nina also serves as a counselor, providing guidance and support to students as they navigate their legal careers.
