Caitlyn Gary

Caitlyn Gary, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner at New York Life Insurance Company since November 2015. Caitlyn has advanced through various roles at New York Life, including Senior Associate and Associate, HR Business Partner, and Associate in Talent Development. Prior to this, Caitlyn gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at Dickinson College and worked as a Consultant in Human Resources for United Cerebral Palsy. Internship experiences at Lehigh Valley Health Network in organizational development and development further solidified Caitlyn's expertise in the field. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dickinson College and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
