Previously, as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Cigna, Chad built a robust engineering practice, directed a significant software delivery portfolio, and improved operational efficiencies through advanced software development methodologies. Chad's earlier career at Accenture involved managing diverse initiatives, including architecture and project delivery for the London Stock Exchange and Prudential.
