Henry Catry

Henry Catry, CFA, currently serves as Corporate Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Individual Disability Insurance at New York Life Insurance Company since 2015, where previous roles included Corporate Vice President of Strategic Planning & Initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Assurant, and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at AXA US. Henry Catry's career began at Wells Fargo, progressing through roles in investment management, including Research Analyst and Assistant Vice President & Portfolio Manager. Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions was gained during tenure at UBS and Merrill Lynch, where Henry held various director-level positions. Education includes an MBA with Distinction in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Quantitative Economics & Decision Sciences from UC San Diego.
