Jessica Braswell

Jessica Braswell, MD, currently serves as Corporate Vice President and Medical Director at New York Life Insurance Company since July 2018. Previously, Jessica held the position of Medical Director at the Ryan-NENA Community Health Center within the William F. Ryan Community Health Network from July 2017 to June 2018, and worked as an Internal Medicine Physician at URBAN HEALTH PLAN, INC. from September 2014 to July 2017. In academia, Jessica contributed as an Adjunct Professor at CUNY School of Medicine, teaching both Patient-Doctor and Community Health and Social Medicine courses in 2015 and 2009, respectively. Jessica's residency experience includes serving as Chief Medical Resident and Internal Medicine Resident at MedStar Washington Hospital Center from June 2010 to June 2014. Jessica holds an MD from SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine (2010) and a BS in Biomedical Education from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education (2007).
